virginia fire cured vs. fire cured

Does anyone know if there is a difference between "fire cured" and "virginia fire cured"? I would like a tobacco that doesn't taste like pipe tobacco. I remember that i tried a fire cured once that didn't taste like pipe tobacco. I have been reading tons and tons of posts about flavors but no one seems to address not liking pipe tobacco flavor...

I have some Virginia fire cured and it is super strong, I cant even make a batch of it because it is that strong, but mine smells/ tastes like regular tobacco

As far as the other, Ive never had any so I dont know what it is like

Keep in mind that there is no flavoring standards between manufacturers. A fire cured from one company will not taste the same as another companies. For some of the best tobaccos, take a look at the super concentrated flavors or the Hangsen flavors both sold at Vaping Zone and Ecigexpress.

I HATE pipe tobacco flavors. Virginia fire cured doesn't taste like pipe tobacco. Neither does RY4 type 1, captain black, or black honey.
Tobacco absolute tastes like pipe tobacco. blech!

What? No love for TA? I use it diluted and sparingly. Gives a nice cigarette flavor to mixes. Gotta let it steep a good while though, gets rid of the wet dog - grassy taste. As for fire cured tobacco, again you have to go light, one drop per 10 mls. If I remember correctly ECx has a fire cured concentrate or maybe it was flue cured. Not trying to sound pedantic just offering my take on things.

Yeah I think cigarette when I smell TA. Sweet cigarette. But its not like any pipe blend I ever smelled or tried.

Stuff is nutters though 4% is too strong in some of my mixes.

Fire cured from flavor west is very good at about 5% flue cured is also really good from signature at about 4‰ both can be bought from ecicexpress. Good luck of course you need to add some of this and some of that to get them to shine ; )
