I got a Vision Ego 2.0 as part of a starter kit from myvaporstore.com (with an ego twist battery.)

At my local store, I purchased the replacement "head" for it (new wick and atomizer) and when I installed the new head, I cannot get it to "draw" at all. There is no airflow.

I have deconstructed this thing to try and figure out what's going wrong and the airflow gets cut off when I rescrew the clearomizer to the battery. The head I bought looks just like the one I removed, and even says 2.4 ohms on it. It works fine when I activate the battery - I just can't get any air to flow through it when I put it all back together.

Anyone have any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help! This is my first time using something that has replaceable parts - I used Blus and Bloogs prior to getting this. I love the new system but can't figure this one issue out.

Top wick?
Draw okay off battery?

Yes/Yes - Tightening down to much, likely already driven battery center pin down. next stop battery failure.

ALWAYS - 2 fingers, lightly snug top device until contact is felt(slight resistance) STOP
Things meant to be separated are not meant to be over tightened.

If center pin of battery has been depressed, lightly lift with a small eyeglasses screwdriver or bent paper clip.
