Thanks for the replies.

I know i shouldn't ask this here as i probably can find the answer when i search for it. But it's easier just asking: I assume that smaller number awg means thicker wire and thus less resistance per specific length?

That is correct. I know it's counterintuitive, but I think (IIRC) the whole gauge thing has (had?) something to do with how many dies the wire was drawn through. More dies = smaller wire diameter.

MisterMike is correct ,,, to reiterate ....

"The gauge numbers are based on electrical resistance, which increases as the wire gets thinner. (Picture the electrons flowing through the wire as a bunch of people running down a hallway. If the wire/hallway gets thinner, it slows them down since there's not as much room for them to get through. That's what resistance is.) When the gauge number increases by 3, the higher (thinner) wire will have twice the resistance of the lower (thicker) wire. A general rule of thumb says that when the gauge goes up by 6, the wire diameter is halved. (So, for example, 22g would be roughly half as thick as 16g.)"

Right you are on all points, I write before I think. So, you did manage to get it to work with 32 awg and no problems? Good to know. The moral of the story is ... don't believe everything you hear/read in a review. All in all I am enjoying this RBA however I have to admit getting it wrapped right and the wire in to the slots takes effort for me but I am getting better.

How many wraps are you doing with the 32 awg?

I only have 28 & 30 AWG on hand, so I filed the outside (outboard side?) of each post just ever so slightly with my wife's Revlon diamond grit nail file, works a "total treat" now using ordinary Dental gauze as the wicking.

Received my vision Eternity today. Just filled it with Toasted Almond, in dripping mode.
The taste is more pure than what i used to, using the EGO tanks. It's a cooler vape but it has much more flavor. So far, i'm happy with it (30+ mins :)).

I bought some spare coils along with it. I'm not that familiar yet with making my own. First i have to collect some courage.
