GotVapes has quickly become my favourite supplier, even though it takes two weeks to get anything from them because I live in the UK. The amount of effort the guys are putting in to bring us new products that actually work is not going unnoticed by me for one, and the ability to talk to them via the forum here is brilliant!

Lets talk innovation. Testing products where it counts..first they are picky with what they sell and if they feel they got something good, they send them out for beta testing,,,and make a decisions on what the testers have said about the product. Any problems are takin seriously. When ever I have a concern,,,from shipping to tech to even personal struggles with vaping, they have always been there to take their time to solve a problem or even encouragement and even one time,,,Chris helped me save a ce2 that I mutilated.
The genuinely (sorry for the spelling) care about the integrity of their products and how the customers feel about their products. They encourage both good and bad opinions about their products...to strive to provide products that their customers will be happy with.

yes it was sad...poor ce2---wicks all over and plastic marred....but I called and was helped out and was walked through the proper ce2 humane way of filling a ce2
