I just got spinner yesterday and was hitting it all day. Briefly charged for about a few hours and still lasted all through the night. Till like 2:30 am. My work day was 3-8 so keep in mind it lasted about 12 hours and was still firing pretty good. Put on charger around 2:30 am and work up around 10:30. Eight hours and it was still on red and blinking with the 420 mah usb charger. Confused :?: Is that normal? What's considered a normal charging time for a dead spinner 1300?

I just got it yesterday lol. But I mean I had the old 1100 for months. I assume a higher mah would suggest longer charging times. But an extra 4 hours for 200 mah doesn't seem logical.

nope, it shouldn't take THAT long,,,,,,,,

I'm hoping someone else will have some suggestions for you, but if nothing else, contact the vendor.

Could be the wall wart or the cord. Those do go bad after a while as well. You using the same ones that came with your older one? If your iPhone still charges normally with the same wall wart, I'd rule that out, which leaves you either the cord or the battery. The cheapest one to rule out right now would be the cord. You have another one to try?

The cable that came with the battery is probably good, but don't trust others. A lot of them are only capable of handling data and their power wires are far too thin.

Here's a useful blog I wrote in another life. You might find it useful as regards chargers and cables.
