Hi guys,

New vaper here. 2 weeks and 4 days in and not a single cig has been smoked! My story is this;
I purchased a Vision Spinner 1300 along with a Kanger T3S. Great few days of vaping until a major leak! I've since changed to an aspire K1 dual coil which is going great.

Today, I paid a visit to my local store to get a second K1 glassomizer and some new juice. As I got chatting the store owner concluded my battery was faulty and that a 6 hour charge isn't right. He very kindly offered to exchange my batter there and then! I've got home and refilled etc. and aside from the burnt taste of a new coil everything is good.

I now notice that on the top of the Vision Spinner (opposite the VX logo outside of the tank threads) the number 1100 are etched. The physical battery dimensions are 115.5mm (4.54") / Diameter 16.6mm (0.65") which according to the official site indicates I have a 1300mAh. Can anyone shed any light on this for me? What does the 1100 etching mean?

Apologies for the long post however as you veterans may appreciate, I'm a new vaper and a cautious one at that!

I have no idea. :unsure:

Did your original battery have the "VX" logo? According to this site: "New Vision Spinner eGo Variable Voltage Battery - 1300mAh VX is the new battery from Vision. It is functionally the same as the old vision spinner batteries, but comes with new package, appearance and logo."

You can always Google Image search to see if other batteries are like yours if looking for authenticity.

Thanks for replying Baditude. The original battery had the VX logo though I can't say I ever noticed what the etched numbers were. The new one also has the VX logo.

They look and feel absolutely identical; those numbers have got me questioning the mAh though?

I've tried searching google images for the past hour and can't find any images of that particular area :(

I started off on the eGo Twists (very similar to the Vision spinners) and a 5-6 hour charge for an 1100mAh battery was not unheard of. It's one of the reasons why I had 3-4 of 'em.
