Congrats on your Spinner

"The charger output should be less than the mAh of the battery. The recommended charger for the Twist is the USB Rapid Charger which is 5 volt input to the charger and 4.2 volt, 420 mA output to the battery.
The charger for the 510 stick batteries is a lower output (150mA?). This can also be used to charge the Twist but will take about 3 times as long. (It is actually good for the battery to be slow charged occasionally.)
The wall unit's only purpose is to convert 110 volt AC to 5 volt DC. Any USB outlet supplies 5 volt DC. The rating of the wall unit should be higher than the output of the charger. Obviously, if it is lower, then the charger cannot output more than it is receiving. Also, if you are
vaping a pass-through connected to a USB (charging the battery and vaping) you will require 2000 mA (2.0 A) or more of output from the wall unit or USB connection in order to get the required power."
The Best of Luck.
