I'm looking at getting the vision spinner 2 and kanger protank 3, are they compatible and would I need to buy anything else?

Yes compatable, Spinner 2 has both EGo and 510 threads, so it will fit a lot of tanks. Other than fluid, a charger is all I think you need.
