Vision Spinner 2 Batteries

I bought 2 Vision 2 1600mAH batteries at the end of November. Both are currently non-functional, having quit within the last 2 weeks. I usually charged them when the light turned blue. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a known problem with these batteries?

BTW I contacted Vision through their website and they have been non-responsive. I am somewhat upset with Vision based on the cost of the batteries and their lack of response.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

More information. I had no problem with the use of the batteries. I was getting 2-3 days per charge. I use a low voltage setting (3.8V Max). I used either an Ego 510 type charger or a Vision 510 type charger. I used a wall adapter instead of plugging them in to the USB port. Charging through the USB port took forever. The Ego was definitely the slower of the two chargers.

I have found that ego batteries will sometimes turn themselves off while charging. Dumb question, maybe, but have you tried clicking five times to turn them back on? I sometimes have to do this two or three times before them finally turn back on.

Have you thoroughly cleaned the 510 connection & the charger mating surface?

Qtips rubbing alcohol, napkin, scrub & dry.

Also ego chargers are pretty cheap, I would get another and try that. I had spinners over a year old when I gifted them to someone and they worked fine I jope you didnt get cheap copies

Vision wont respond. You need to talk to whoever sold them to you.

Did you purchase the batteries directly from the Vision website? If not, you should be talking/emailing the shop where you purchased your batteries.

Thanks for the replies. One battery lights with white light. One lights with blue light. Neither Battery will supply power to an atomizer when the button is depressed. Battery which is not fully charged (blue light) will not charge any further on either charger. On the Ego charger the charger indicates it is charging but the battery does not charge up no matter how long it is left on. On the Vision Charger, the charger indicates it is fully charged (green light on the charger vice red light). Again, both batteries will not supply power when connected to an atomizer.

Batteries were bought through Amazon. 30 days are passed, so they will not help. Vendor was Ekatomi, I guess I could contact them and see what they say.

I always clean the batteries with a q-tip and alcohol before charging. Both chargers work with battery I bought to replace dead ones.

Sounds like the center pin in the 510 connection has been depressed or the contact pin on your delivery devices has been raised and not making contact by over tightening.
Try gently prying up the 510 center pin a tiny bit.
This can also cause charging problems.

Thank you so very much. That was it. I used a pick and loosened the center post and both batteries started working again. It also makes perfect sense. My vape of choice is High Caliber's Flame Thrower. It's like vaping cinnamon red hots. It's very sweet and sticky. So the center pin got stuck pushed down. I appreciate the help.
