Vision spinner 2 problems

Hey guys, so I have switched over and made it to the 4 week make, used to be around about 30 a day but I have thrown away the ash tray and bought a vision spinner 2 and a protank mini 3 BUT, Im having some small problems that I hope someone might be able to help me wit

I bought the spinner from Ebay from someone who said it was a "Genuine" item, got it but it had no scratch panel on it, the battery life is awful considering it is a 1650mah, charged it today to full, used it for 3 hours of on and off vaping maybe a puff once every 5 minutes for around about 4 seconds each time, using only 6mg nic and it has gone down to below 30%.

Is it likely that this unit is a fake or does the protank mini 3 just inhale electric, i usually have it at around 3.8v every time, occasionly I will go up a notch for a hot hit but not every time.

Thanks

Happy vaping! :)

As I remember, my spinners both came with scratch panels! Don't quote me on it though!

TBH, I was slightly disappointed with the battery life... its better than the cheapees, but I guess I expected more!

From the sounds of it, at 3.8v it should be lasting longer than that! Wish I could be of more help but I've lost my packaging! I'm almost certain it came with a scratch panel!

Vision have a pdf file on the site to help you ID your Vision 2 if it a fake or real.

How to identify a FAKE Spinner II

I have the same set up VSP2 and Protank Mini 3. The coil that came with my Mini 3 was 1.5 ohm. If you were running it at 3.8V setting that is 2.5 amp draw each time you fired it up, roughly 9 watts.

If you are sure about 1 puff every 5 min for 3 hours then the battery might be on a weak side.

Battery will improved a bit after a few cycles of fully charged and discharged.

Vision Spinner 2 is a great product and has a nice long battery life (as long as it's an Authentic Vision Spinner 2). I used my friends for awhile and it worked great. It's also a large improvement over the original Vision Spinner. As far as your Ebay purchase of your item, it seems a little strange that it didn't have the authenticity scratch off. It may NOT be authentic, considering your short battery life. That is a good size battery and should last for most of the day considering you don't turn it up super high.

* I read online to be skeptical of Vision Spinner 2 batteries on Ebay that are selling for less than $18. (I read it awhile ago but I think it was $18 maybe up or down by 50 cents) They were breaking down the actual discounted costs for purchasing large numbers of Authentic Vision Spinner 2 batteries. They said: even if a reseller purchased 1 million Vision Spinner 2 batteries the lowest possible price was the amount I had described above ( around $18)

How much did you purchase your Vision Spinner 2 for??

For the record... my VSP2 definitely a fake one according to the document provided on vision website. I got it as a part of my starter kit, no box to check.

For sure I got more then 36 puffs out of the battery life before it went below 30%. Let its cycle few more times and go from there.

If suspect you have a bad battery DO NOT charge it unattended, keep an eye on it.

I bought it for £11.99 from ebay, roughly $19.50, i tookt the thing apart as it was annoying how poor this thing is, as i took it apart i saw the small red circuit board and pulled out everything, it was a fake. Really bugs me how it is really difficult to buy a REAL one.. the battery life is pathetic, i get more out of my 650mah spare that i bought over a year ago. I got in touch with who i bought it off and they are "not aware that their supplier is selling them fake goods" but fortunately I am covered by long distance selling act and that it was buy it now and that it was sold to me under false pretenses, so I shall get my money and purchase one from the vision site I guess, unless anyone can suggest a better battery for me for my protank mini 3

Thanks guys!

Happy vaping :)

Hey there...I just bought a Spinner 2 two days ago. It had the scratch off code which I verified on the Vision website and I bought it from my local vape shop that i completely trust so I know it's real. My first full day with it was yesterday, using Kanger T3S tank with 12 mg 50/50 juice. I started with a full charge at 8 a.m. used it on and off all day (I'm a somewhat heavy vaper) and there was still charge on it this morning. It dipped below 30 % this morning which is when it starts performing below standard, but point is the battery life is really good. Wanted to share my experience if you were considering getting a real one. Sorry to hear about your experience, glad you got a refund!!

I bought a couple vision spinner 2's off ebay a little while back and they seemed to be fake. The verification code could not be verified on either ego stick. One of them had a faulty button something that is not uncommon from what I read. I contacted seller and he sent out a replacement the next morning. Both work well and seem to be good fakes. I moved on to a different set up so these are just another dust collector.

I would contact the seller and explain the problem and see about a refund or replacement. As I said other than an issue which was replaced both vs2's seemed to be fake but performed well.

we've had some authentic ones (same good vape experience) and a couple fakes, and Ed had one that was just defective (seemed to be authentic)

so look and see what makes them a "real one" know that and if you get one in again, immediately call customer service (we did ebay/paypal so opened a case and got an instant refund, which is another reason I'm not real jazzed about recent developments with PayPal and have let them know about it)

My first PV was a Vision Spinner V2. Was completely authentic. A week later I got an MVP 2.0 because I couldn't get a full day on it. Tried everything imaginable to get it to last, but I just vaped way too much for the device to handle.
Don't get me wrong, I love that ego, it was after all, the thing that got me to give up a PAD habit. But the MVP was my life sav
er. Pretty cheap too for such awesome quality.
You can also charger you Vision spinner on the MVP as it acts as a passthrough, though it would be quite redundant. ;)

my spinner 2 keeps flashing wen I try use it, it's fully charged too, and 6 weeks old, any suggestions?

Have you checked if it's turned on? Your battery comes with a 5-click On/Off lock feature: press the button 5 clicks within 2 seconds to activate the battery or to turn it off.

And make sure your atomizer pin makes full electrical connection with the center pin on your Spinner. The topper should not be screwed on too tight--just enough to make a connection.
