Vision spinner 2

Just got my spinner 2 and when I first got it worked fine, but when I but the new cartridge in it started blinking white 5 times and won't fire up know. Help

If it's a week old, then it's probably still under warranty. Contact the establishment that sold it to you and advise them of the problem and see what they have to say. I don't know anything about your equipment, but if you have a vape store near you with competent employees, you might want to bring it there and see if they have suggestions. It may not be broken, it may be "stuck" in that mode somehow.... and someone may still be along with a magic solution for you.

But if that doesn't work, get a replacement product.

Try clicking the fire button 5 times within 2 seconds. Since it had shut itself off from the "working time protection", it may need to be turned back on.

Try a different delivery device / topper / tank / carto, the thing you put eliquid in & thread on top of battery.

Sadly the quality of pen style / ego batteries has taken an enormous nose dive in the last couple years.
Now it is fairly rare to find one that operates correctly for long.

Might be best to replace it with more reliable/ newer tech / better power device.

The Spinner is a good beginner device, sorry your having a problem.
Could contact:
local B&M Vape Shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
