Vision spinner won't turn on

Any suggestions on what to do? Vision spinner is about a month old and multiple chargers show it is charged (light is green) but it won't turn on...

Already cleaned it out and messed with the center pin

It could be locked. Press the button 5 times within 1.5 seconds to lock or unlock the battery.

I have had the same with my ego batteries. I would let it sit for a few and hook it back to the charger and hit the fire button a couple times. It usually wakes em up. The take off the charger after couple min. Then try and turn it on and should work ok. Also check was not turned off or locked by hitting 5 time fast before this.
