I've never owned one, but a friend of mine has one that I've checked out. If it isn't firing all the time is it firing more than not? If so then i would clean the 510 connection on it really good and give it a full charge overnight ( I know you probably did that already LOL ). If it's barely firing then i would say send it in or get a new one, because all spinners are is just a small internal battery and if it's not firing then 9 times out of 10 the battery is defective. How long have you had it? How often do you vape it?

You don't give much info to give a specific suggestion / answer.

Could be the 510 connection is dirty, try cleaning it thoroughly with qtip & rubbing alcohol. Could be the center pin has been pushed down by over tightened the delivery device or charger. When this happen usually they won't fire or intermittently fire. Very gently pry up the center pin a tiny bit.
Maybe the head in the clearo is bad or a chance the head is not snug/tight in the base, change head or tighten head to base.
Maybe the fire button has gone wonky. Does it light up when pressed.
Is it turned on & charged.

I have had my Spinners for about 2 years now. 3 of them. They are nice little batteries. As long as you don't need the high amps and watts, they work great.

I was dripping on mine the other night and had a Kayfun on it last night. Looked kinda funny but was a good vape for me.

One thing to do as well for cleaning is to clean the charger as well with an alcohol swab where the 510 connections connect. The liquid can tranfers from the battery to the charger and gunk things up. Of course don't clean it while it is plugged in. :)

I used to get this when my tank was screwed on just a tad too tight. I would back it off a turn, and then lightly tighten it up again, and it would be fine again.

Also, like others have said, get in there and make sure it's clean.

This ^^^

About the only problem I have ever had with mine. Well if you don't count breaking them or dunking them in my custom holder that also holds HOT coffee. I am getting quite a pile of em. I have a fake 2.5 Kanger Aero that gives some trouble not connecting sometimes. With that one the button will light up normally but does nothing. When some other atty is on too tight it will flash.
