You could rebuild them with a higher resistance coil.

True, but i am just about to start building my own coils (wire & wick actually just arrived today), but i dont think i can be bothered to do it for a vivi nova unless you think coils you build yourself are substantially better than what comes supplied? To be honest, i think my vivi nova has just had it's day and i have other tanks i prefer... the 2.4 and 2.8Ω coils were ok on it though... perhaps I'll give it a go once i have learnt to build coils on something more worthwhile :)

Does anyone else find that these make the vape too warm and spoil the flavour of some liquids?

I really should have thought about that before getting half a dozen... I've probably just grown out of the vivi nova now, as good as it was at getting me started it's really not giving the vape i need any more.
What volts you running?

Fasttech sells em..I'm rocking some 2.5Ω-3.1Ω heads I ordered from em...5 pack for like 5 bucks...you MIGHT have to modify em unless you order thier $2~ vivi nova clones (which work suprisingly well too)

I run the higher resistance heads on my 5vdc USB bypass, anything under 2.8Ω gets HOT...fast!
on my Vamo V3 the I run whatever at 6.5 watts and they ALL hit the same!

Now I've just to decide which of my single female friends that smoke is the prettiest and I'm sorted ;)
Awwwwww..you got it bad :p
