did some more playing around.. as soon as the threads engage my draw goes to crap.. this is with like 1 turn on the threads and the whole tank still wobbly around.. aren't the two holes suppose to provide the air when the threads are engaged?

i don't have this problem with the phoenix bottom coils or top coils or fluxmizer on same batteries even when fully engaged and air hole not visible..

Okay....one more question. Someone else mentioned the same thing but with only one of the heads.....did you try a different head to see if the problem persisted? The one I remember mentioning it, said something about the slots on the one head were not cut, thus blocking airflow. I'll see if I can find that post again.

Edit: found it http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...w-vivi-nova-review-thread-41.html#post6465350

sounds like the holes might be restricted. only thing i can think to try besides poking the holes with a wire to make sure they are clear you might turn the center pin so the slot is aligned with the holes. this might provide a better air path... and if you look down in the connector from the bottom you should be able to see a nice open view around the center pin to the air holes...
i bet there's something in there blocking it up - once i was carrying a batt in my pocket and didnt check it screwed on a tank and oof no air?!!? turned out there was pocket lint (YUCK) in the batt connector and when i screwed the tank on it went into the tank connector...

i would not be suprised if it's blocked by a piece of dannoman's booger or something :/

ok figured out the issue unfortunately it's not something i can fix or adjust..

i tried all three atty heads and same thing.. i tried it with out the atty heads i get great draw.. so the issue is not any where below the atty..

the attys have a very small hole on the bottom going into the air tube.. that i tried pushing the wick and coil aside but it does no good even though i can see light thru the atty..

basically bottom line is the attys air holes are too small at least "for my taste" gives me a can't breath feeling when trying to draw..

not sure if this is how all vivi nova attys are or i just got 3 bunk ones which is unlikely.. so buyer beware if you don't like very tight draws

:(

Norman, Ok
I find the draw to be a bit looser than a Stardust's draw ( the Stardust is a tad too tight for me but not excessively so ). It is about the same as I get on most polyfil carto's ( which I don't like the flavor of and they get tighter as they get older ) ... a little tighter than many of the CE2 type of clearo's I've used

all 3 of my attys have notches in the bottom.. so that was not the issue.. problem is just the holes are just too dam small.. if i draw with no atty attached i get super free flow.. but soon as the atty go on.. i can't breath!! .. it's to the point where vapor production is very minimal.. and this is using GV's flux nector 70/30 juice that in the phoenix gave out tons of vapor..

well i guess no air = no vapor!! duh
