ViVi Nova airy draws

Why would I have reeeaaaallllyyy airy draws with my mini ViVi Nova?
I've noticed this with one I cleaned and put back together. It all seems tight. The airiness is from the bottom.
It's so airy it basically doesn't work. Verrrry tiny bit of vapor. :-( I don't know what I did to make it act this way. How can I fix this?

Sorry, I don't get it. Is it tight or is it too airy?

Vapor depends on the liquid too, maybe you don't have enough voltage to produce vapor

I know very thin liquids don't agree with my nova.
Heard on another thread to stick a toothpick in one of the vent holes and snap off to close up one hole.

If the head is gummed it'll have no vapor either

Try backing it off just a bit; works with one of my batts.
