vivi nova and really hot drip tip.

I've noticed lately that when I use my vivi nova 2.4ohm on my vmax, after about 3-4 vapes the tip is getting hot. Uncomfortabley hot. I started out at 4.0 volts and have droped down to 3.5 volts with no change. I've changed tips with no difference. I can put another clearo on it and everything is fine. So far it's just that one nova that does this. Any ideas?

I haven't tried a different ohm head in this one tank. I was going to try and let it run really low on juice before I tore it apart. (after all it is my favorite juice so far.)

Your drip tip definitely shouldn't be "hot" after a few hits on a 2.4ohm head @ 4.0 volts... I would stop use immediately & change the head.

I vape all day on the same thing at 4.2 volts with no problems

Planning on saving the juice and swapping heads after I get to work this morning. I got some extra 2.4ohm heads. I'll check resistance at a later time.
