Dying after one week? Are they designed that badly?

I have been using the same 2 heads for about 5 weeks now and they don't seem to be any different than the day I started using them. I do wash my heads out every 3 days and I'm using the 2.8's (don't know if that makes a difference).

I vape 90% vg in my vvn and don't have any problems with it. Dark juices gunk up atty's faster than clear juices. As stated above, cleaning and maintaining is important for best performance. Unfortunately, the equipment we use seldom comes with maintenance instructions. The Vision Vivi Nova atomizers can easily be rebuilt. Many people rebuild them. That is something to think about before you toss old vvn atty's into the trash.

As mentioned above, please make sure the atty is screwed into the post as they do come lose when you refill the tank. Also clean your battery connection to remove any juice build up.

no just follow the video posted earlier. Wash out and dry burn!! I do it all the time! if the wicks are stained or a potent flavor has been used you might have traces of flavor so yes you might have to change heads out. But ordinary juices will just rinse out with no problem!
How do you change flavors in a VVN tank? Do you have to change the atty?

Have you cleaned and dry burned it yet?

Do this first. I do mine about every two days because I use 100% VG, I could probably get another day if I was running thinner juice. I have been on the same head going on 3 months using this method. At this point the I think the wick will need replaced before the coil pops, I pulled out a few tiny strands that were just dangling on the other day.

Also, put in another new head a few days ago (another 2.4) to just see if my old one was not up to par because I've been using it so much and maybe I'm just not noticing a lack of performance from it. Not the case, could not tell a difference so I cleaned/burned it and put it back away.
