I bought three of the vivi nova, I didn't have any problems with the first two, but after I filled up the third and tryed it the draw was very hard, I could hear it, but no vapor.

Hmmm. I'd clean it up real good and try it again. If that doesn't work, try substituting parts from one of your good ones with the bad one (one at a time till you zero in on the culprit). Start with the coil, then the base, then the tip, etc...
I used a screw driver in the two hold on the connection to make e draw a little nicer...vapor production with 70/30 (pg/vg) is much better...not twice the amount but it's a thicker vapor...draw is a little airy but I like short high voltage snap draws...so this is ideal
Just bought one today actually and I love it. Hopefully I don't have this issue. The guy in the store did say that if I have a problem like yours it may be because I didn't screw down the cart enough.
I've had hard draw, for two reasons so far.
One reasons seems to be juice blocking the passage somehow.... i unscrew it from battery, blow through it really hard, problem gone. Has happened two times in three days.
Other reason is the sleeve between battery and tank was too tight to the tank, or mis-aligned, or something, i screwed it tight to the battery and problem was solved.
Could be that one or the other above was the problem all three times, and i stumbled upon the fix somehow (can't blow it out without unscrewing, and can't unscrew without bouncing it around a bit).

Check the silicone cap on it. You may have put it back on wrong. One side is a flat silver piece the other looks like a mini funnel which should be facing up. See if that helps.
I'm trying to figure out the purpose of that metal piece. Would removing it make the draw smoother?
I'm going on a guess, but that metal "funnel" is just that, a funnel that allows condensed juice to flow back onto the coil. There's also an inner "chamber" on the top cap, think it's there to also reduce on sputtering/condensation (something that happens often in my experience with clearos)
