Vivi Nova looking tank problems

i've have been try to get my vivi nova looking tank to fire for a days now..

i bought a new coil head to be able to use it. to my surprise, it still wont fire. i found out that i have to push the coil head to make it fire..

what can i do to make it work?
is it safe to place wick on top to push the coil head in place?


im using an ego battery..

Take the rubber silicone piece off and use a paper clip

I'm thinking you may need to pull your post. Get needle nose pliers and pull down on the center part of the 510 connector. If not dismantle the center post (yes it does usually come apart) and make sure nothing is loose. If you think it may be the coil they are 510 threaded and you can test them Independent of the tank itself right on the battery.
