thats kind of crappy, the retail I got it from was a B&M down the street which "prizes" themselves on selling the real deals. The box says Vision Vivi Nova and looks like all the other Vivi Nova boxes.....oh well.....I got them fixed by sanding down the tubes on one side, Thanks everyone for advice. Would it be wise to contact the B&M and talk to them about the knock off's I've obtained. Honestly it doesn't suprise me much I bought two 18650's from there and ordered two A&W, They gave me one real one and one fake one that I didn't realize till just recently either.
Vivi Nova mini - got a metal tube for it, now appears to not seal on bottom and leaks out the drip tip.

I'm quite the opposite, I prefer CE style over cartomizers, mostly for ease of fill though. I agree they do "mute" the flavor but I don't like the filler taste of cartomizers, I think CE's taste cleaner and are user to use (less time consuming). Thats just my opinions though, taste is subjective.
Just want to take a minute to thank everyone for their input that has been given. It is much appreciated. I don't know what I would do without this great place.....
I would definitely speak with the vendor. It's possible that they do not know. If they offer some goods for compensation, Hooray! They get ....ty attitude with you, Doom on them, do your shopping elsewhere. There are plenty of vendors out there that have fabulous customer service.
They offered a full reimbursement of both and to order one from any vendor of my choice. Honestly I turned it down because all the work I had to do to even get "an offer of replacement" (they had to make a big deal over me inquiring about the valididity of their product on their facebook wall when it appears to be their only forum on online contact) and the fact they wouldn't answer if these where going to continue being sold under false pre-tense. At first I wanted replacements, but by the end free was the last thing on my mind; I just wanted people to be well notified of the situation and for them to be honest with customers, but when I asked questions about notifying the customers they seemed to kind of talk around the topic.
