Yep, both have 510 threading. You might want to get a mini nova and a thread cover if you want everything to be flush looking (Plus a metal tank if you vape plastic cracking juice like me.) I prefer the bigger ones for their larger capacity though. I've never owned an ego C, so I'm not sure on the voltage (3.2 or 3.7 I'm guessing) so you'll want to get the appropriate resistance heads for it.

It will fit fine I have the ego-c passthrough and it works ok doesn't do as well as I would like on that maybe the smaller vivi will. I would suggest getting a twist works really well on that and you can adjust it for different types of flavours. I have kinda noticed some flavours are really temp sensitive and where one will taste very burnt another will be just fine. That is why I like the twist a lot when I want a very small "footprint" setup. Definitely get one of the cones and even the collar lanyard attachment but remember to file the opening a bit for the button or it will stick. That makes the whole thing look very nice together.

Yea...for cosmetic purposes the thread cover is a nice idea. I gave out two starter kits for presents yesterday and each one had two eGo-C Twists and a couple of Mini Vivi Novas. I used this setup when I started and feel it's a great setup to begin with and something that you can stay with if you do not want to look any further.
