Vivi nova problem

I bought a Vivi nova yesterday and used it for about half the day. I enjoyed it. but when I got up today I was hoping to use it again. for some reason it is not working at all. anyone have any ideas what the problem might be.

Is the head screwed on fully? I have had this issue with mine on occassion where it starts to unscrew just a hair.

If it's not firing at all try GENTLY pulling the center pin at the Vivi battery end out a touch. Only finger tighten all vape stuff as sometimes battery and clearo posts can be pushed down and thus no electrical contact.

Thank you LeFaerieLady, that was the problem. It must have come loose when I refilled it. Guess I will be taking the drip tip out before opening it from now on.
