Vivi Nova suddenly leaking from stem

I have seen that more than once in my own house. We dont use any type of plastic tanks any more. Ours came from fasttech. Knock offs or not, I have just seen and heard of that too many times. I hate it for you.

EDIT: You have checked all the seals and cleaned it very good...re seat the head and tried another head, Right ?

EDIT 2 : Check the rubber type seal at the base of the head/coil assy. Look real hard and make sure that white rubber type seal is completly seated....fidgit with it with your finger nails or a very very small strait head screwdriver.

It didn't occur to me that the problem might be at the top (head) of the unit. Throughout the course of the day I have topped it off. When I do that I watch to see if the head turns while I'm unscrewing the top, but I didn't manually check it to ensure that it was tight. I have it soaking to clean right now and switched to the other Vivi Nova. I'll reassemble it tomorrow and see what happens.
