ALl of my devices get hot if I am sitting and chain vaping them. Could it be you are just hitting on them harder and more frequently?

Is the juice wicking up to the coil? If not tilting and swirling the device will help that along by deliberately putting the juice at the top where the coil is. I find I have to do this alot since I vape high VG juices (50/50).

Just some thoughts on it. More detail might help us sort this out.

Hmm.. I do chain vape but not really for a long time... But it could be..

The juice is definitely wicking up to the coil, Since the tank is full with liquid and i kinda tilt it every time i take a hit.
Also last night I started adding vg to my juice because what I got from my vendor was 100% pg and i find 50/50 60/40 is good for my liking, this may be a factor in the whole thing also?

4-5 hits in quick sequence is enough to heat up my top coil devices. I just make sure to do some extra tilting and swirling to make sure that coil stays good and wet. This is much more important with higher VG juices as they are MUCH thicker and do not naturally wick as well to top coil devices.

If the tilting and swirling are an annoyance you can try a bottom coil device like the Kanger Protank or the Evod. I have a protank and love it. The protank has the added advantage of being glass so I do not have to worry about juices that can fog or crack plastics. It's big downside though for me is it is heavy so I only really use it on my vamo.

Ok... I don't mind tilting at all but I'm generally just wondering if this was normal or not but i guess it is so I have nothing to worry about i guess...

Also is it too early to get a vamo? I keep looking at it everyday and I just want to press that order button. I've been vaping for 5 days now and I absolutly love it! Also the protank looks really juicy in my eyes too, might pick one up as well.

I ordered my vamo at 2 weeks into vaping. I like being able to adjust the device to my vaping preferences and then have it self adjust no matter what juice device I put on it (variable wattage). How soon is too soon? It is up to you. The vamo really doesn't cost all that much more than ego batterys and offers more flexibility, changeable batterys, and longer battery life.

If you get a vamo make sure you have at least 2 batterys for it and seriously look at the i2 or i4 charger. The trusfire charger is just junk and take 3 times as long to charge a battery.

Ah yea.. Well thanks for the help!
I'm glad everything was normal :)

And you now have your 5 posts so give it an hour or so and you can access most of the rest of the forums!

Btw the difference between the i2 and i4 is how many batterys can charge at once so not a big deal.

Yes, I guess I do, but it does seem that after a couple-three drags it is very hot. I won't explode my battery will I?

If the battery gets hot you should really stop using it because it could explode. Contact your vendor and see what you could do. An ecig battery should NEVER get hot. The tank gets hot for me because I'm chain vaping and thats normal.

After some research and help in this forum this is what I've found out. Be careful.
