Ray is a cool guy. He runs a lot of contests on his thread here (I won a tank!). He is having a 10% off sale on Friday.

Yes, I think I will do one of his Pyrex tanks with a Kanger carto...I really like those horizontal coils..I wish there were more options-but more will come along in time. The technology is growing by leaps and bounds :D

i've used the vivi nova around the house....but to be honest i'm getting ready to sell them off in the classifieds because i can't get consistency out of them, no matter what type of wick i'm using, much prefer higher end rebuildables now, and i've always considered the nova more of an introduction to rebuildables.

As a new user of the VVN, let me just say that if you are a chain vaper, like I think you mentioned you were, you will not be happy with it. Like others have said, it's just inconsistent, and it won't hold up to constant vaping. I've been able to avoid the burnt taste most of the time, but once it hits, that tank of juice is done for. If I leave it sit and don't chain vape, I would probably be ok with it for the most part, as it is solidly built, and can withstand being laid down, and carried around. The more you let it wick the better it tastes, but try to keep hitting it and you will be vaping hot air. I'm looking for the next better thing, but I haven't pegged it down yet.

the only way to adjust airflow is to drill it....i like a tighter draw, and i find the draw on it perfect....so if a tighter draw for you then i'd say grab one, i actually like it a good bit, better than some of the other genesis attys i've tried, and i've thrown up to 15 watts at it with no dry hits so far.....striker911 was talking about making a CoOp for them when he gets back from break....in which case i'll probably be grabbing about 3 more to experiment with....one of the experiments will be making a dual coil for them.

Been using my VVN since Aug. with the same two heads from the kit in rotation which I rebuild with cotton batten and loving it still. But they're definitely not for everyone, if you don't plan to rebuild/mod (easy and cheap) the heads and vape higher VG ratio ejuices then I would skip them and give Kanger T2/3 or carto tank a try (more consistent, less fuss, but more $$$).

I cant get into the Vivi Novas. My girlfriend and I both gave them a shot for a few weeks trying diff ohm heads and voltages, and they just don't pack the flavor, vapor, or throat hit of a cart/tank. Several people at work have felt the same. However we all used the minis. Not sure why it would make a difference but one guy has the full size Vivi and his seems to hit fairly well. I wanted to like em...
