Yeah, that makes sense. I've had my fair share of those times. I love my Kanger T3s, but still carry a carto tank with me just in case something goes wrong.

yah im sure somewhere down the road i will give them another go. right now i need to clear my head of them.

I have a few Kanger T3s coming to me via an ECF coop, so I'm going to go CE3 until those puppies show up and see how they are.

I've spent probably around $100 (that's obviously not even including the $240 I spent on my new Provari a couple weeks ago) this paycheck on vape stuff that I really don't need at all. That's a lot of money for me, and there's no sense in spending any more for now. i have my first child on the way, so i need to get out of the habit of just buying crap with my extra money haha.

Congrats! And forget about the concept of extra money! Those days are ending!!!!!

Good call GI...carto tanks are pretty much bullet proof. Some feel taste isn't as good but you don't have to fiddle with them at all. Fill it and go.

question guys:

would the resistance level of the coil head dictate how quickly it takes for the coil to heat up?

i forget which resistance coil head it was, but one of them i noticed that when i fired it, the coil down near the connector started glowing right away, and it took a considerable amount of time for the coil around the wick to heat up <---and even when it did, it was not uniformly. i think this may be affecting my flavor/throat hit/production because obviously the first half of my draw is weak. ive tried firing it for a second and then taking a draw, but the quality remains the same. ive also tried upping the voltage, but that doesnt seem to make much of a difference either.

is this just a symptom of having a top coil that is further away from the connection?

Do you mean that the lead to the coil is glowing. It should not glow. Try centering the coil in the holder so that both sides of the coil are away from the metal holder.
