I have two knock off ego-t bats and was using the supplied 2.4 ohm heads on my two novas. I was getting about the same amount of vapor as with the CE4s I have which are 1.8 heads. I was bored and decided to try the other two heads that came with the novas to compare flavor, vapor, and heat. To my surprise, the 2.8 heads give me much more vapor and a better flavor.

Does this sound normal? It's my understanding that the 1.8 head would be optimal for the output of these batteries. I haven't checked the voltage, but I'm going to take some reading from a multimeter later on tonight to see where the batteries are at.

I'm just going to assume that the voltage fluctuates from the stated 3.7 volts and just go with it since I didn't get a chance to test it. Either way, this 2.8 head is so good on the ego 650 battery. I'm still open to comments from anyone who has experienced this, or the opposite. It still seems weird to me that this combo works so damned well.

That does seem weird that the 2.8 head is vaping good on the Ego, but that's great for you! :) For awhile I seemed to be getting higher readings on the ohms of some of the vivi coils. It seemed to usually be on the coil that was already on the vivi when you get them in the box, for some strange reason. The other 2 coils seemed to read fine though. Now the more recent few vivi kits I've received have not been that way and the ohms were true on them.
