I am using a 50/50 blend juice in a Vivi Nova with a 1.9 ohm coil and I am getting dry his on a regular basis. I have tried voltages from 3v to 4.2v with the same results. Is there a better way of setting up the wicks when rebuilding myself to help with this issue?

This happened to me the other day...was turning it upside down constantly, rolling it around and the wicks were saturated but I kept getting dry hits and couldn't figure it out...changed the head and problem solved... Idk but if ur already rebuilding them maybe try an alternative wick material like cotton or hemp. There's a thread around here on how to do it if u search. good luck 
Thanks Dark is there a source to get unbleached cotton wick or do you have to make them yourself, and have you tried any of these other materials on a nova?
I tired cotton...bought a roll of 100% pure cotton from rite aid, boiled for 15 min, let dry, wet w/ distilled water and stuck it thru the coil - tasted like wet dog but I understand that goes away after awhile...a couple ppl recommended cotton yarn w/ no core from a craft shop or candle wicks but I never got around to trying them...lost interest cuz I'm waiting for the kanger protank to come out which'll hopefully solve the problems I have w/ vivi's and carto tanks...
