Well, the main question is, do you want a variable voltage battery or not. IMHO, vv is the way to go. But if you don't care about that, any eGo-class battery will work with all the atties/clearos/tanks folks have suggested here. Anything 510 or eGo threaded will work.

So, it's entirely up to you--and the boys. I'm sure they will be more than happy to assist you. :D

oh I'm sure the boys would GLADLY assist me. :D :D :D They were pretty much fighting over me last time I came!

But really at this point I dont care about VV and a good 510 will make me more than satisfied. I just quit analogs not too log ago, so a good setup that can get me through my heavy drinking is satisfactory. My sexy lawyer boyfriend appreciates not having an asthma attack either way.

Well, 510 (a mini battery) won't work with the stuff we've been recommending...

Plan B: get a 280 mAh 510 battery and a box of LR single-coil Boge or Smoktek cartomizers. Or a Nano, if they carry them.

They carry the nano, I would have to go back for a second look for the others. I saw smoketek not boge tho...

Statement: If you're looking for a device for a full night out drinking (which often means more vaping) you pretty much have two effective ways to go.

1) You can go with a smaller cigalike unit and cartos, with a charging case/device and swap out batteries and cartos as needed.

2) You can go with a slightly larger (but still not big) device which should last you most of the night. Something like the smaller eGo's or the eRoll or equivalents.

On the 2nd page of this post is a picture of several smaller units side-by-side for comparison.

I like Boge cartos maybe a tiny bit better, but Smoktek are very good too. And try the Nano.

Good night, folks! This has been fun, but it's past my bedtime!

Cherry, behave yourself. :D

Recitation: I bought an eGo Twist 900mAh battery. The girth is about the size of a cigar, and the length varies based on the mAh rating of the battery ranging from about 3" to 5" or so on the larger eGo batteries. I've tucked mine in the back pocket while walking to work, didn't even notice it and would notice it even less if it was a shorter one like the 350mAh or 650mAh battery.

Informative statement: My 900mAh eGo battery with a clearomizer attached is about as long as my hand, from the wrist to the tip of my middle finger. I'm a male, but I don't have overly large hands. Only other things. It's very unobtrusive. There are many options when it comes to smaller models that perform well. If you're going to buy one of those type, it's probably better to go with the VV models (Twist/Spinner) so you have that option in the same small package. A 350/650mAh eGo Twist with a clearomizer should probably provide a good 3-4+ hours of medium vaping and not even have to change the clearomizer, so would make an excellent option for at work or a night out without being very large at all. Would be even smaller with a cartomizer, but a cartomizer might not hold enough juice to carry you through a night out. Of course, you can always carry different cartomizers with different flavors as they are small and convenient.

Elaboration: Clearomizers come in two styles, top coil and bottom coil. The top coil have wicks which hang down from the atomizer at the top. They tend to work better with thinner juices as with heavier juices they have wicking issues and you have to tilt/splash them more perhaps. A bottom coil provides a cooler vape, but has less of these problems. I haven't had any issues with my top coil or bottom coil clearos so far, but I'm also using 100% PG juices which are thinner.

Not too shabby, tin man. Not bad at all.

Correction: That's rusty red durasteel, quadripedal meatbag!

Statement: :)

Query: So far I've had a more satisfying vape (warmer, more flavor) with my top coil CE4 clearo than the bottom coil Kanger T3. I don't know if it's because of the cooler vape from the Kanger, or whether it might be the juice I have in it currently. Thoughts?

Top coil is located close to your lips and the vapor feels warmer. Another thing, Kanger T3 and eVod have quite an airy draw; I plug one of the air holes in the base and that improves the vape quality (for me, at least). Try that, and, of course, you may want to try a bit higher wattage with your Kangers. Top coil clearos work well on lower voltages, like my ViVis; whereas Kangers require higher voltage in order to deliver more warmth and vapor.

Now I'm really gone! :)
