Vivi/Rebuildable Question

Is there a way to reuse the wicks on these setups (I have a vivi 2.5), or do I have to buy a different head for every juice to get good, pure taste?

Hopefully someone more knowledgable will chime in here, because I only know what I've heard. Haven't had a chance to play around with my Vivi yet...

From what I understand, you can replace the wick/wire without tossing the head. There's a tutorial on the youtube somewhere, I believe. Though then you'll still have to deal with all the issues that come with finding a wick/wire source, and you get to buy it in 20 foot lengths or so.

You can boil the heads and let the dry out between juices if you want, but at the cost of them I would have a selection of heads for different juices or as Xavier has said rewick and coil them. You will also get rid of the dreaded burnt rubber problem.

I just ordered five more of the 2.4ohm heads from gotvapes. I think I'm gonna try boiling some too just to see what the result is like. I don't know if I have the confidence yet to try and rewick them, seems kinda tricky. I'm definitely gonna check out that youtube video though. Thanks guys, much appreciated!

Oh yeah, when I try the boiling method how long should I boil them for?

I put about 2 cups in a microwavable glass and cook it about 3 minutes to boiling, put the cup in the sink and drop the head in (watch out it will cause the water to sputter). After it soaks for a few then I towel dry the wicks good and put a drop of juice on the coil to prime it then put it all back together and fill.
Sometimes if the coil is gunked bad, I will dry burn and then after the wash and then wash again after the dry burn.
