Hey, I'm a new user and decided to finally buy a vape of my own. I searched the web and ended up on a site called Vivid Smoke. I'm wondering if anyone else knows anything about the site. I placed an order on the site and according to the site the order did not go through but money was deducted from my account. I've contacted the site but haven't gotten a response yet. I don't know if it's just an error with the site or if I have gotten scammed. Any insight or advise for me?

If it's this one Vivid Smoke , I've used them many times and have been quite happy.
I'd contact my bank or credit card company and make them aware of it, they may be able to help or reverse track it back to their bank, to verify if there was an order placed and someone else is getting it.
Thanks for the advice. I contacted my bank and worked everything out. I was just really worried I got scammed. I was ready to get .......
I have used them once, ordered a clear tank for Aqua. No problems getting my stuff, but did have issues when placing the orders. Web site was acting crazy. Took forever to get the ordered placed and kinda made me leery of it. But it came pretty fast with no problems. probably won't order there again. Good luck. Stay on em'
