I would suggest anyone without at least a good knowledge in secondary school physics to not start delving into the world of Ohms, Volts, Current & Watts.

Just stick to what you see on the chart and you'll be fine. And experiment a bit on the setting of your VV/VW PV. Once you start digging deeper into those things mentioned above, you're guaranteed to go nuts and get them all mixed up.

Trust me, I'm an engineer. It took me 1 whole year in 1998 to understand how they correlate and 2 more years to be proficient in applying them then feces got real when they took the numbers and introduce alphabets. But that was not the end, later they took away the alphabets and threw in imaginary numbers. I almost died when they introduced me to Monsieur Laplace & Monsieur Fourier.

Please don't dig too deep into those thing I mentioned

I feel you bro...

They really should re-name it to Ohm's vicious cycle...

Was in the field of High Voltage for a brief period. Gave up. No point melting your brains prematurely...

Lol, I m an architect ...n seriously this ohms law thing doesn't make any sense to me...LOlOl ..I just make bldgs look pretty...heheheh

Hey we r in the same industry, I'm supplier for wares & fittings. Haha! I always meet up with architects & IDs, maybe we met before but we don know. :toast:

They should use PVs as a teaching aid..... guarantee to attract full-on attention from vapers.

i dont know about that. Watt always thought it was easy as PIE (P)ower= (I) current x (E) voltage lol.
Ohm did make it a little harder to remember, (E)voltage = (R) resistance x (I) current

Its one of the aspects that drew me to E-cigs, ive always loved tinkering and am in school for a specialized electrical degree.

I don't know about the curricula in Michigan but many of my classmates back then flunked Advance Circuit Analysis because of Laplace transforms and Fourier Series and had to re-sit the paper.

Hi Guys, I really hope to have some guidance over here. I'm new to vaping & just got a Vmax 2 days ago, no mater what volts I set I still get dry tasteless vape? If i set the volt above 5 it's like burning my throat but still no taste. I'm using 2.8 ohm D-Nova as recommended by the seller. Can any good soul out there tell me wat's the best carto to use for a vmax so I can have full flavour vapes & don hurt my throat so much? I'm on dekang red bull flavour. :(

Lol...I think u need to pass your Vmax to me....heheheh....:evil::evil::evil::evil:
I promise I help u take care of it awhile...until u get use to the vaping......

Back on topic for the vmax 2.8 ohms at 3.0 volts should be good for flavor anything much more and your burning something. Vmax fires at 66 percent of the battery voltage remaining for a certain amount of time to get to the average of voltage set. 3 v setting will blow 1.5 ohm cartos in a blink of an eye. Change coils and try vaping 2.8 ohms at 3 volts on the vmax and raise voltage up .1 volts till it taste right. Do not use low resistant stuff on the vmax.

Yep, I went to get a V2 @ 2.4 Ohms vaping at 3 or 3.1 taste great. If go higher than 3.3v there will be a burning smell. Any idea wat's the minimum Ohm to me used for Vmax? Thinking of getting maybe an Evic of something for office use, don like to bring my Vmax to & fro home & office.
