Vodka or Water

What is the advantage to using vodka verses water in the recipe? I'm new to mixing my own e-juice and trying a 50/50 blend with flavoring and the calculators have a entry for vodka or water. What is the better choice for a good vaping experience.

Both are used to thin out high vg mixes, I wouldn't use either with a 50/50 mix.

If you ever choose to use water, it is suggested to use distilled water.

So does that mean vodka hits harder, both are to thin out the VG right...... are there any advantages to one over the other?

That's the important part to note. I wouldn't use tap water.

Like another member said, with a 50/50 you can ignore the water/alcohol addition or just put a "0" in the calculator for it.

I vape Velvet Cloud Vapor liquids and they use a high VG base with no PG. They add a bit of distilled water to the mix to thin it out a bit, works great in RTAs, otherwise it might be too thick.
