I will never order anything from them ever again! They sent me 180mls of 60mg unflavored nic. It was nasty tasting, bad black pepper taste made my lips burn. After over 2 weeks of going back and forth with them telling me it was my fault, I wasn't mixing correctly they said, I finally got my refund today , it was only for 120mls not 180mls! Customer service was they worst I have had to deal with on any online order I've ever made!

Refund was incorrect indeed. Additional $6 issued for a full refund.

Customer was contacted in response to a negative product feedback on ECF. We worked with the customer to troubleshoot the source of the problem by eliminating components of the juice and lowering nicotine concentration. Never was any "fault" assigned to the customer.

First communication took place 05-23-2011 and last on 05-25-2011 when refund was issued. So it was 2 days not 2 weeks. We responded promptly and resolved the issue to the customer satisfaction.

There were no other reports of pepper taste from any other customer. Another customer on the same thread complained about different taste issue, which is from a much earlier order and a different taste description.

As MistAid said they are refunding the other $6. The nic is now a dark yellow color, no other nic has turned color on in months let alone in weeks, so I'm sure it was not old and the pepper taste was just my taste buds. Just a note though, might want to have someone taking your customer service calls that can be understood when speaking English, but I'm sure that was my imagination too!

Nicotine is brand new and fresh. It does turn yellow in a couple of days. There are many threads that discuss this. I think it is natural for a plant extract to react to light and oxygen. Cigarette butts are dark yellow too.

I am not a native speaker, but I do speak and understand well enough. I did feel that you did not understand me when I was trying to help you with the cause of the pepper taste. Maybe, I was not eloquent enough, sorry.
