Volcano Inferno cartomizer: e-liquid leaking into mouthpiece?

I have a Volcano Inferno. I love it, but the e-liquid keeps leaking into the mouthpiece. I have to leave it standing up or else the liquid will drain out.

Is this an o-ring problem? I'm relatively certain I've got the contraption set up correctly. Any idea?

I'm buying a new set-up that has a different seal (the one I'm using goes in below the mouthpiece and the center hole constantly fills up with e-liquid). Sometimes I just smoke a damn cigarette because I'm tired of this leaky mess that isn't too user friendly.
