I've actually been wondering about this for a while now. Volcano is a fairly good sized e-cig vendor, but they don't seem to be a part of the ECF community (i.e. no subforum, not part of the forum suppliers, only sporadic threads about them/their products) yet their website has a link to ECF. I think I remember reading a while back that they used to be on here but that something happened. Can any of the ECF vets clue me in? I was just curious.

About a year ago, I started my vaping journey with a Volcano Magma. Back then, their customer service was great. I had a couple issues that were quickly resolved; they sent me replacement items (an atty and juice) without requiring me to send my defective pieces. But even back then, they were nowhere to be found on ECF so I don't think that their CS is the reason for their lack of presence here. I've purchased a number of products from them (Inferno, atties, cartos, tanks), and for the most part I haven't had any issues (aside from that single atty and bottle of juice) with the quality or performance of their product. Their current CS, however, leaves much to be desired...but again, I don't think that's the reason for them not being a part of ECF.

The Inferno is a great product!

I agree with you. I think that Volcano sells great products. My 3 Magmas and 2 Infernos are still working perfectly. Some people have had issues with their tank atties, but all 5 of mine are still good and without leaks. I've only had 1 out of 10 Magma attie's arrive DOA, and all of my Cisco 306s are alive and kicking. Volcano obviously knows about ECF since they have a link on their website. I guess I'm just wondering if there was a reason why they don't have a stronger presence here.
