I have a volt. A local shop carries smoov cartos, so I picked up some blanks. Funny thing though, there is one cart that will NOT fire on one of my batteries. The other batts work fine with it, and the other smoovcarts work just fine with the finicky batt. Its just that one battery doesn't like that particular cart. Anyone else ever have this experience?

I just got a vortex from got vapes and I love this thing, but it only works with one battery. I have 6 batteries and only one works with it. I tried my wifes batteries and none of them work either. I pulled up the center of my batteries to get better contact, but it didn't help at all. This sucks, I have to wait for my battery to charge in order to use this. I know the vortex is still experimental, any one have any ideas?

These are all Vapor4life batteries. I already adjusted the center button on all of them and it did't work. These are 2.4 ohm clearomizers, I'm thinking about getting my volt ohm meter and checking the voltage output on all these batteries. Mabey only this one battery is putting out enough power for this cart. Its not my newest battery, but it is my favorite.

I think I figured out the problem with the vortex. On the first fill I works great. On the second fill, the bottom of it is already saturated with the juice, and when you push the top back on it, it creates pressure inside causing the juice to push out on the bottom and flood it. So, if I don't push the top down all the way it doesn't flood so much. I think gravity causes it to flood a little too, but I can deal with that. I still don't know why it will only work on one of my batteries. Daniel at Got Vapes told me I could adjust the bottom of the vortex, but it didn't help.

this happens to me all the time. Especially when I use a carto on two different types of batteries. One battery pushes the carto's center post in so it doesn't connect well on the other batteries. Usually fiddling with the center posts of both the battery AND the carto fixes things.

I use the same CE2s on igo, volt, bloog, and a passthrough types of batteries. They don't like that.
