Volt meter for checking battery under load?

I've been trying to find an inline voltmeter like this: Voltage Display Meter

But everyone seems to be sold out. Does anyone have them in stock, or at least instructions to make one? I'm alright at soldering, so I'm confident about slapping one together from off the shelf parts.

They seem extremely handy for fudging around with mechanical mods.

It's $5 more than everyone else, but it's the only place I have found one in stock in a very long time.
While I could make my own for under $10, it wouldn't look that nice and it would be a PITB.
