When I put the battery on charge, the red light turns on as usual. But when I use it, the RGB doesn't work. But it's fully charged. What can I do now? Please help....

Perhaps the red light needs to turn off when the battery is fully charged after 20 to 30 minutes.

This is not a popular brand on this forum. But, I believe they are warrantied.
