Volts, Watts and Ohms

I feel like an idiot asking but I just can't wrap my mind around this volts, watts and ohms thing. I am asking for everyone that's willing to take the time and has a complete understanding of it all, to please explain it in their way but in a way that they were explaining it oa complete .........cuz that's exactly what i am, when it comes to this subject. I don't know what it is about it that's like a foreign language to me . I don't know if the knowledge of amps is necessary for vaping but including it would most likely be beneficial to many comprehension of the others, since its all related.

I know that often times water, or the flow of, its used as a comparison...still haven't grasped it . Any way you can think to relate it to, I'm willing to read and try to understand....I don't even know what the difference is if I used watts or volts ok my MVP 2.0

Its simple really
This screen shot of a online ohms-law calculator shows all these values and how they relate to one another..
Volts is voltage used measured in volts
Current is measured in amps
Resistance is measured in ohms
Power is measured in watts..
These are values we use in building our Atties..and most importantly for safety..

right, the electricity can be like a flow of water. Think of volts as the size of the stream or river. And amps being how fast it is moving. And ohms being like a drainage pipe. If your drainage pipe is the size of a drinking straw (ie: 32 gauge wire), there is a lot of resistance for the stream to fit through there and not much water that is going to come out, but a larger faster stream will still be more than a still puddle. If your drainage pipe is the size of a sewer pipe (ie: 20 gauge wire), a ton of water is going to be moving out of that thing, especially if it is a large fast moving river (high volts and high amps).

I think thats the analogy you were referring to.

the gist of it is that:
total power (watts) = electrical potential (volts) X current (amps)
and
volts = amps X ohms, so if you have a set amount of volts, the lower your resistance (ohms) is then the higher your current (amps) is going to be. And so, if lower ohms means higher amps, then when you look at the top equation, that also means a lot more watts.
