So I've been looking through different posts and I'm still confused about the difference between watts and volts. I'm looking at buying a vv4 and I figured it would be a good idea to understand what exactly I'm buying before spending the money on it. While I was looking through the forums, I saw words like sub-ohms and ohms being thrown around so IF someone wants to explain that I would be eternally grateful otherwise that's the next lesson I'm planning to learn.
. Your little night light and your outdoor floodlight both run on the same voltage, 120 volts. But you can reach out and touch the night light....won't burn. Touch that floodlight after it is on and you'll understand! The difference? The night light has a higher resistance.
