    Hey guys,

After swapping batteries, my Drag recently started giving me a "time out" indication immediately after pressing the fire button. Various other forms have recommended that I try to push a firmware update, but I'm running into issues with that as well and could use some help. I downloaded the firmware program as well as the firmware itself from the website. The program recognizes that my Drag is connected and even provides the GENE CHIP ID, but I'm getting a "communication error" as soon as I try to push the firmware. I'm using the original cable, I've swapped ports and reinstalled the program multiple times. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

P.S. I get the impression that the it mayyyyy be the firmware itself that's causing the issue. My drag came with v1.0.0.0 but the website only has V1.0.0.1. Does anyone know how I can get V1.0.0.0?
