¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hey thanks for the reply. I fully charged it to 100% and I got 161 puffs at 30 watts :/

Voopoo has a few update to the firmware on their website.

Make sure you select the right device. I have no idea which firmware version to try, though.

Other than that, try to get a replacement from retailer or from voopoo if it's not too old.

I’ve only had it less than 48 hours and I’m using the coil that came with it. I can’t update the software because I only have my work laptop and it blocks me from downloading
I’ll take it back to the shop, he said I had 60 days for any problems.
Yeap they will replace it don't worry about it...its just the whole taking it back and it's annoying ikr... Don't be mad

Yeah it’s annoying. I’m gonna swap it but I think I’m going to get the Argus GT and keep spare batteries. Nothing worse than a dead vape.

Yeap any mod with removable battery will be best...usually it's recommended to get also an external battery charger (even a cheap 2slots battery charger) to charge the batteries there and not with the mods USB cause it's better this way for many reasons that have to do with the mods longevity...but ofc little this little that this make the cost higher...it worths tho...
