Hello folks and welcome back for today's latest member to join the Vinci Pod device family. The Vinci S is a very basic simple and easy to use pod device that uses the Gene.TTV2 Chipset that automatically read the pods resistance and applies the correct wattage ( 40w max ) for the pod being used taking all the guess work away, in fact this is a button free device with auto draw and adjustable airflow with a separate dedicated MTL airflow hole. Housed inside is a 2000mAh battery.

    FIRST IMPRESSIONS

With this being a very simple and easy to use pod device I didn't expect fancy packaging and I was correct, the familiar device resting in a plastic tray with the user manual stuffed behind the tray was what I found which saves excess money on fancy packaging for a device like this.

Picking the device up I found it to be somewhat lightweight with it having a good amount of girth that felt very solid in the hand. I wanted to charge the device to full capacity so I plugged in my USB-C cord and that's when I noticed the bright Green LED bar pulsating. Charging is done at 1a and it didn't take long to fully charge the device, I don't know full the charge was on the device when I started. Once the device reaches a full charge the pulsating of the LED bar turn a solid Green color. Voopoo uses the 3 color battery strength indicator.

    GREEN - 100 -60%

    BLUE - 60-30%

    RED - 30% And Under

Connection of the pod to the device is done using magnets as most devices like this do, they seem to be pretty strong staying in place while being pocket carried. I really like the large 4.5ml pod capacity that is a bid plus requiring fewer refilling. The fill system is the rubber plug on the top side of the pod with the Ω load stamped on the fill port cover, the fill port is large allowing air to escape when filling.

    FINAL IMPRESSIONS

My feelings on the Vinci S are good ones, I like the large internal battery that really last quite a long time before needing a recharge that only takes about 55 minutes and it has the pass through option as well allowing it to be vaped while charging.

The girth of the device feels good in the hand even being somewhat of a compact device giving the user a solid hand hold and the build quality feels like it can withstand a drop ( SOLID BUILD ).

I greatly appreciated the large 4.5ml pod capacity and wish more manufacturers would increase pod capacity to this size reducing frequent fill ups. I also like that the fill port is a larger size that allows more air to escape when filling the pod for faster mess free fill ups. I wish the mouthpiece was a bit more narrow for myself but that's my personal preference, the mouthpiece is comfortable.

The auto wattage adjustment of the Gene.TT V2 works very well giving a great flavorful vape with the 0.8Ω pod as well as the optional 0.6Ω pod, great flavor from both pods.

As far as the adjustable airflow goes I think it's pretty smooth and also extremely quiet when vaping either MTL of RDL. This device even has a dedicated very tight MTL hole, the other adjustment holes can be tailored for a mix of settings.

I think Voopoo did a nice job creating the Vinci S device and recommend it 100%. I would like to thank Voopoo for sending the Vinci S device for my review and I also want to thank all of you that read my reviews.

    THANK YOU
