VTR Battery's

Hello I am new to the mods and tanks I bought a vtr what are the best and safe batterys that fit the vtr thanks

You'll want a "high drain" battery that is of 18650 size. I recommend either of the following:

Panasonic NCR18650PF INR/ICR/IMR Hybrid 2900mAh 10A
Panasonic NCR18650PD 2900mAh 10A

You can find these batteries at RTD Vapor or Orbtronics.
