The Max Box ($85.00 from MaximumVapors) is a 4AA plastic box powered by two 14500 protected batteries that uses a highly efficient EverCool 6-amp buck VV regulator, has a nice large dial on the front for voltage adjustment (no screwdriver necessary), a digital voltage display inside the box, and employs a no-needle "bladder" feed system that holds about 5mls of juice and is both user-friendly (very easy to squonk) and internally leak-proof.

I have a Luicy Juicy from MaximumVapors (with another on the way)---it's their 3AA box dual-14500 5-volt regulated feeder, but with no voltage display (unnecessary with a 5-volt regulator---you always know what voltage you're getting). Although my two Wooden Phids and little Missy Wetbox are good, the Luicy Juicy has become my favorite go-to bottom feeder.

If I wanted a VV bottom feeder, I'd get The Max Box in a heartbeat. Not to dismiss NotCigs VVPV---that's a wonderful and very sophisticated top-feeder, but it is a bit pricier than I prefer. Not unfairly so, but up there in ProVari Land. Plus, I appreciate that The Max Box has a digital voltage display.

Todd's boxes are hand-built, of course (not factory-machined like the VVPV), but they're clean and solid.

Is there a VV bottom feeder that isn't wood? I did see one that wasn't wood, but it just looked like two box mods stuck together, a little to "home made" looking.

The one that you saw was the Sgt VV Army Tank. It has been a while since those were available... but as of three or four months ago, there was supposed to be a new version coming.

Another plastic VV Feeder can be had from Old Goat. I'm not real sure of the details, but I've read he's making them in limited quantities on request for fifty bucks.

A really unique feeder - metal PV with an add-on high impact plastic feeder body that can either be top or bottom feed is the GLV3. I've never seen them in stock, though.

The VVPV was mentioned. It's an all-metal top feeder. And, the VV REO Grand was mentioned. The VV REO Grand was supposed to come out yesterday, but there is a ~2 week delay on the VV chips. I own the VVPV and the REO VV Woodville. They are both spectacular devices. I'll probably trade my VV woodville when the VV Grands come out. It isn't a matter of the looks of a wood mod for me, but rather the fact that my lifestyle is tough on the devices I carry and I prefer metal.

Here is what they look like:

I'm looking for the exact same thing! I finally decided on a VMOD XL (best non leaking feeding system IMHO) with a Kick. I'm probably going to mount the kick on the bottom and cover it with molded ABS plastic so I can still use 18650's. I really like the look and the form factor of the VMOD XL. But, if the VV REO comes out within the next 3 weeks, I'll definitely pick one of those up instead!
