Hi Fourthrok, I'm glad you found it easy to convert.
Are you using the Vapage Silo or the AMG Hybrid.

So far I've tried the Boge 2.5 and the Empire Bridgeless 1.8

I bought two of the Vapage AMG but I'm waiting for my Empire Bridgeless 1.8 from Empire Mods to wear out. So far the Empire 1.8 Ohm at 4.0V is the bomb. This atomizer has a very clean flavor and is forgiving of being flooded.

But I'm dying to try the AMG. Problem is that I'm not sure how to store the Empire and try another. Some say keep dry and some say in juice. I was thinking of storing it in ethyl alcohol [Everpure]

I'm very curious to take apart my Empire and see if the inside has wicking. The nature of the AMG [Hybrid] is that there is some sort of wicking/foam/ etc and it will be interesting to see if this mutes the flavor.

By the way if anyone has any suggestions on the best way to store an already opened Atty, I'm all ears!

Hi Fourthrok, I'm glad you found it easy to convert.

I'm using the Vapage Silos, and also "super shorty" carotmizers (found at a few places like DV and MV). I prefer 2ohm. I really love both the Silos and the super shorties...I do not detect any "foam" or polyfill taste at all. And, for me, it's easier and more fool proof. The taste is so clean and fresh it's amazing...it's like I might as well be dripping. I have noticed that when I have been using my Vmod awhile with the shorty cartos (or Silos) and then switch to use one of my VV devices with the carto tank on it...the flavor IS muted a bit in the latter (equivalent wattage being used). Not bad or anything. But it doesn't have that fresh zing that the Silos and shorties produce in the BF.

I ordered 2 of the 2.5 AMG atties from Vapage last Friday. Thought they'd be good to have around as an emergency measure. I still haven't quite got the hang of vaping with an atty consistently where it doesn't turn into a hassle with flooding or other fiddle-factor issues. While the Vmod system prevents leaking, even in the event of flooding...it's still annoying when the atty floods. I'm so much happier with the Silo and shorty cartos...I don't like to have to THINK to vape.

AMG. The hybrid? I decided I liked my joyetech 510 better. But I have a bit of trying to do still. Will definitely try the empire bridge less. Someone was happy using map vapes chort cartomizer. I happen to have one. That's what is cool about the bottom feeder. Too bad about the "hole" to squonk thru. I've seen buttons in place of but truth is I like seeing where the juice is at and what it's doing. I have a kick for mechanical mods. Might have to grind away some paint or some coating. I'm not sure yet.

Well yes. Exactly how I came around but it's surprising sometimes what works with what when and for why. I got a shorty by accident to keep story Hirt. It'll be fun to try. This poster says she has no problem with tasting any filler or getting muffled flavor. The best idea into have a dozen devices! All loaded. Waiting....and just do the first couple hits off each....all the best of them....then well just want MORE! But truely, I've often some of my best labor and throat hit off Atties on bottom feeder....but also with carto/Pyrex tank when everything is right. Close contest IMHO. I do bth and eRoll rocks the first fe hits too.
If you want translation of my iAds corrections lmk. Tired of editing every damn thing I write lately! No its not me...it's me AND the iPad!
.
In my humble opinion forget Cartomizers. The cleanest taste is with an Atomizer. The Polyfoam in Cartromizers muffles the taste

The whole reason behind a bottom feeder is to get the taste of dripping without the hassle.
