I've been looking through threads a lot and its hard to keep everything together. Anyways, if you have seen my thread in the modders forum called wanting to make a copper mod, you may know what I'm looking for already.
The problem with the second link below is that it seems a little small, so i probably won't use that, but the top one seems good on length and height but seems a little long, but I bet I could cut the top down and jb weld it. Anways.
I am wanting to make a circuit that will do vv with a pot that will produce between 3v-6.5volts. I have read through the poorvari thread and it seems that the reg he used isn't as good as another one that will run cooler, don't remember the numbers though. i want to power it using 2 16340s that are 3.7v each in series giving me 7.4volts of power. I am needing the following to get my dream mod together.
Basically I need a complete circuit that I can copy off of preferably with a how-to, as this is my first mod.
I need to know the best way to hold the batteries inside the alluminum box. I would prefer the spring to be on the bottom cap.
I would also like to know how to hold the bottom on with magnets rather than screws because i think the screws would get annoying after a while.
I need to know what amp switch will work forever without any issues.
Leds are a maybe right now
What is a good master switch and where would be a good place to mount it.
Basically if you can design this mod for me and tell me how to do it, I can pay you like 10 bucks for your time. I really want this done. I have the madvapes vvbox mod atm, but I don't really trust the plastic anymore and i need something more pocket friendly and not so square.
I have since changed my plans to use something like this:
