VV from you PC

Just a thought . Computers have 12volt power connections . The yellow ones on your power cables . So are they DC ? I think they are but would have to check that out . So lets say you create a VV circuit that runs power from the pc to a VV regulator with a trimmer to an atomizer that is tethered out from the faceplate you use in a drive bay and you have a switch on the tethered atomizer . Add in a Voltage display and you have a VV mod :p

You could also use a 12V 2A wall wart in lieu of the PC power supply. Might be preferable, unless you really want a PV jack on your computer box. Another thing you could take advantage of is the 5V tap on the PC power supply. You could use an LDO regulator cheap and easy to provide some voltage range under 5V without the regulator generating too much heat. On the 12V tap, you'd pretty much have to use a switching regulator which is more expensive and can be somewhat more involved.
